Cancellation Policy

1.Free Cancellation is only available 2 days before the check in date. You will be charged the total price of reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
2.Refunds shall be processed only in case the cancellations are done as per the cancellation period provided to you during the booking. Our generic cancellation policy is as per provided in this policy document, however, we do have different cancellation period for certain black out dates,large group bookings and special promo prices. These shall be intimated to you during or after the booking.
3.All eligible refunds shall be processed in 10-12 days after we receive the bank details. We dont process refunds through GooglePay or any other UPI Payment menthods.
4.For refunds where original payment was made through credit card or debit card or or through payment gateway, refund will be processed after deduction of charges of 3% on the total amount paid
